Lemon Garlic Spaghetti

Ingredients
200 gram LUBELLA whole wheat spaghetti raw (by ILOVESALUKI) 55 gram(s) Violife Prosociano (vegan parmesan alternative) (by EMSR2D2) 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 clove Garlic .5 lemon yields Lemon Juice salt and pepper0.5 cup Peas, frozen
Directions
boil the pasta
press the garlic
zest the lemon
grate the cheese
sauté garlic and lemon zest in two tbs oil
put the peas in the strainer
drain the pasta over the peas
add them to the skillet with the garlic and lemon zest
stir
add the lemon juice stir
mix in the vegan parmesan
add salt and pepper
serve.
