Cajun Brown Rice and Beans

8 cups cooked Long Grain Brown Rice2 cans Black beans, rinsed and drained1 can Del Monte petite diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano2 Teaspoons cajun seasoning2 teaspoons chili powder1 teaspoon dried minced onions
Cook brown rice according to package directions for 8 cups of cooked rice. Add 2 cans of black beans, diced tomatoes and spices, Heat thoroughly and stir together. Add more cajun seasoning to taste if desired.
This recipe can be halved for smaller portions. Makes 10 one cup servings
