Low Carb Instant Pot Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
24.0 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled4.0 serving Bob Evans, Sausage Patty3.0 serving Birds Eye Cauliflower Rice (3/4 C / 82g)20.0 leaf, large Cabbage, fresh3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.0 clove Garlic1.0 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, black0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.0 cup petite diced tomatoes2.0 cup Tomato Sauce
Directions
Shave off most of the vein in cabbage leaf. Boil about 4 min to soften. Mix everything else together except tomatoes & sauce. Scoop a spoonfulinto cabbage leaf & roll, folding sides in like a burrito. Pour a little sauce in bottom of instant pot. Layer cabbages rolls & use high pressure for 30 min. Let natural release 10 min then quick release & eat.
