No Noodle Lasagna

Ingredients
3 cups diced tomatoes1 cup canned mushrooms1 cup canned tomato sauce1 lb. cooked lean ground beef1 large egg1/2 cup cheddar cheese 2% reduced fat2 cups cottage cheesechopped onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground beef with onion. Add 1 can tomatoes sauce & 2-3 cups diced tomatoes. In a bowl, mix 2 cups cottage cheese with one egg and 4 oz. reduced fat cheddar cheese. Add 1-2 cans mushrooms. Bake @ 350 for 35 min.
