Banana Oatmeal Pancakes GF

1 serving Oats & Flax Instant Oatmeal, Organic, Trader Joes 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp Clabber Girl Corn Starch (by SMBROWNIE) 0.15 cup Bisquik Heartsmart Pancake and Baking Mix (by RHOSYNSEREN) 2 serving fresh banana, whole (1 average)
Spray Pam on griddle and preheat while prepping batter.
Smash bananas, add 2 eggs and mix well. Add 1 package instant oatmeal, corn starch, and 2 Tbsp Bisquik (if needed to thicken batter).
Using a large spoon or small gravy ladle, drop batter onto heated griddle.
Makes 8 small pancakes
