Ingredients
1 small Onions, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 clove Garlic 1.5 oz Baby Carrots 3 tbsp Butter, salted 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach 1 tbsp Honey 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk 20 tbsp HUMMUS - roasted red pepper - Sabra .5 oz Parmesan Cheese, hard 2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 6 serving Pacific Natural Foods Natural Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup
Directions
Cooked onion, garlic, celery and carrot in butter and olive oil. Added broth an spinach. Used immersion blender. Removed from heat, waited a few minutes, added the remaining ingredients, and used immersion blender for a creamy cool soup.
