Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients
12 plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise, cores and seeds removed4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.5 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 2 clove Garlic 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Arrange the tomatoes on a sheet pan, cut sides up, in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle the garlic and pepper over the tomatoes. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, until the tomatoes are concentrated and beginning to caramelize. Serve warm or at room temperature.

    As usual added more seasonings, it was bland. Roasted tomatoes for about 15 minutes, if I let them go longer they would look and taste burned. - 1/8/20
