1 tbsp Coconut Oil 0.25 tsp Baking Powder 1 serving 1 large egg 1/2 tbsp coconut flour 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
Melt coconut oil, beat in egg, add flour, ground chia seeds and baking powder, whisk until there are no lumps. Pour into plastic eggwich container. Do not cover. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Cool. Slice horizontally and toast if desired.
