MY BREAKFAST BRUNCH QUICHE

Ingredients
3/4 cup Almond Meal1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 cup, shredded Colby Cheese 1/4 cup diced Red Onion Raw 1 serving diced BEEHIVE Shaved Honey Baked Ham x 50gms 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3/4 cup Spinach, frozen & drained3 medium chopped Mushrooms, fresh 1 serving Pepper - Black Coarse Ground
Directions
Preheat oven to 200C.

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a lightly sprayed quiche dish. Sprinkle some of cheese on top, as well as a few tomato slices.

Bake until cooked through and golden on top (around 30-40 mins).
Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy.
