Breadless Egg Sandwhich

Ingredients
1 large Scrambled Egg .5 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple 1 oz Gouda Cheese 2 cup Earthbound Farm Organic Power Greens
Directions
Slice apple. If desired, chop/shred greens. Scramble eggs. Mix greens and scrambled eggs. Cook eggs. Spread gouda cheese over egg mixture. Place apple slices in egg. Fold egg like an omelet. If desired cook for a little while longer to mix flavors.
