Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
ground turkeygluten-free bread crumbsegg whitesspinachonionoreganopeppersaltmilkmozzarella cheesemustard
Directions
Mix turkey, onions, spinach, bread crumbs, seasonings, milk and egg whites together. Divide in half. Press half into loaf pan. Cover with shredded low-fat cheese. Press remaining half on top. Coat with thin layer of mustard.

Bake at 355 degrees for 70 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes.
