16 tbsp Butter unsalted4 cloves Garlic 4 tbsp Cream Cheese2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tsp Black Pepper, Freshly Ground32 oz Parmesano Reggiano (Kirkland pre-shredded works best)
Melt butter on medium heat
Add garlic and cook until fragrant
And cream cheese and melt, add heavy cream and whisk to combine
Stir in pepper and cook until simmering
Add cheese and stir occasionally until melted
Lower heat and continue to cook to desired temperature, whisking to combine as needed
Serve immediately over meat or veggies (or pasta)
Store leftovers in airtight container
