Thai Style Peanut Pasta

Ingredients
12 oz Barilla Linguine 6 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 3 tsp Ginger Root 4 cup, chopped Carrots, raw (chopped into bite size pieces)1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) (Red bell is best - large dice)2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) (cut in half and then in one inch pieces)6 tbsp Bell Plantation PB2 3 cup Vegetable Broth 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Add all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until pasta is done.

Peanuts
Thai hot pepper sauce
