1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 cup Blueberries, fresh 1 tbsp dried currents (by FREEBRAVEGRRL) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
Directions
Mash banana. Add other ingredients and allow chia to soak for 5 minutes (or more).
