6 serving Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (4 ounces) about 3 breasts0.75 serving Yogurt ~ Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt * Plain*, 5.3 oz 30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 1 tbsp Butter, salted
Lightly grease 9x9 baking dish. Place chicken in dish and coat with plain Greek yogurt (5oz or less in total.) cover breasts with seasoned panko bread crumbs. Divide one tablespoon of butter into 3rds and place 1 piece on each breast. Cover with foil and bake at 375f for 50-60min
