Cucumber Seaweed salad

Ingredients
2.0 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)12.0 oz Sesame Seaweed Salad1.0 tbsp Sweet Cooking Rice Wine1.0 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar1.0 1tsp Sesame Oil2.0 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia
Directions
Thinly slice the cucumber and add the Seaweed salad, stirring to combine. Then measure the Rice Vinegar and the Mirin (rice wine) and stevia and pour over the mixture. Refrigerate for several hours.
