couscous with spinach

Ingredients
*Couscous (instant type), .5 cup Spinach fresh or frozen 0.5 cup Olive Oil, 2 1tsp Salt, 1 tsp black pepper 1 tspGarlic (minced), 1 clove *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (optional)Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tsp (optional)
Directions
Cook couscous according to package directions.
Should take only 5 minutes.
Pour oil in a pan. Saute minced garlic and cumin and mustard seeds if you are using them. Add spinach and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add prepared couscous and mix.

    This was really good, I just changed it a little. I made my couscous with chicken bouillon cubes added to my water and used powdered cumin since I did not have seeds, I just used 1/2 teaspoon. - 5/8/14
