"Vegan" Everything Cookie

Ingredients

Flaxseed, 3 tbspFlour, white, .5 cupWheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .5 cupQuaker Oats Old Fashioned, 1 cupSunMaid Zante Currants, 0.5 cupSemi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 15 gram(s)Granulated Sugar, .25 cupSplenda, 24 tspOrganic Easy Spread Peanut Butter, 12 tbspButter, salted, .5 cupVanilla Extract, .5 tsp
Grind flaxseed. Add 5 tbs., stir together and let sit while mixing other ingredients.
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
Combine all dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Stir together until there are no visible clumps of margarine or flour.
Scoop out dough and lay out on cookie sheets.
Cook for 7-2 minutes, or until they look less "slimy"
These cookies do not rise, they solidify. Which is perfect!
