Herb Rolls

Ingredients
2 tsp yeast3/4 cp warm water1 1/2 tsp salt2 Tbl olive or corn oil1/4 cp sugar or honey3/4 cp warm milk1 tbsp wheat germ1/2 cp parmesan cheese2 tsp Italian seasoning1 tsp onion powder1 cp whole wheat (or other whole grain) flour3 1/2 cp white flour
Directions
-Dissolve yeast in the warm water. You may add a tsp of sugar to help it rise faster.
-Mix next 4 ingredients, add to yeast mixture.
-Mix next 5 ingredients plus 2 cups of the white flour to the above. Mix well then add remaining white flour. Knead for 5-10 minutes until it has a smooth consistency, adding flour if necessary.
-Place in greased bowl, let rise until double.
-Form into small rolls, place in greased muffin tins or bread pans. Let rise until double.
-(If you're in a hurry, bypass the first rising and put the rolls into the pans to rise!)
-Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
-Makes 20-24 rolls.
