Ingredients
16 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese 4 Serving Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Chocolate 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 tsp Taster's Choice Instant Coffee, granules (by GALSMILEY7) 8 serving Land O Lakes, Unsalted Butter, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Soften butter and cream cheese. Mix 1 stick of butter and 1 bricks of cream cheese. After combined add vanilla, instant coffee, and sugar free jello to taste. Makes 26 level small cookie scoop, size servings. Scoop onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet and place in the freezer. After an hour or so transfer to a freezer safe dish. Pull out to thaw for about 20 mins before eating. This also helps with portion control! Enjoy!

I have found that you have to freeze for at least 24 hours for the flavor (butter) to be right.
