Homemade Denver Omelet

Ingredients
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) .50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 oz HyVee Honey Ham 2 oz packet (by TOMBLAIR) 0.50 cup HyVee 2% Milk Finely Shredded Mexican Cheese, 1/4 cup (by PLDG2HEALTH) 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
melt butter in skillet, saute diced peppers and onions until onions are translucent. Add chopped ham, stirring occasionally.

Whisk 2 eggs until frothy. Pour into warm pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook fully, flipping once. Sprinkle 1/4 c cheese over cooked eggs, spoon 1/2 of pepper, onion and ham mixture onto one half of omelet, slide onto plate, folding the omelet in half.
