Creamy chia coconut milk pudding

Ingredients
1.7 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 3 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp 2 tbsp Honey 1 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds
Directions
None! Just open the can of coconut milk and whisk until well mixed and creamy. Add vanilla 1tsp Add 3 Tbs of chia seeds Whisk well, cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning mix with fork. Serving: Scoop out 2-3 table spoons and sprinkle almonds, honey. Additional toppings:coconut chips, cinnamon, fruit (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, raspberries and or blackberries). Sometimes I add grape nuts for mor fiber and crunchy texture. Enjoy!! Serving Size: Make 4 servings
