4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 C half and half1 1/2 C cheddar cheese 1/2 C grated onion2 C mushroomsSalt & pepper9 inch pie shell

Saute mushroom & onions. Beat eggs, add half & half. Add mushrooms, onions, grated cheddar. Salt & pepper. Add to pie shell. Bake 425 15 min Cover crust w foil Bake 350 30 min Quiche better 2nd day Serving Size: 1/6
