Jen's Cinnamon Roll Muffins

Ingredients
3.0 tbsp Butter, salted2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 dash Salt0.15 cup, chopped Walnuts0.5 tsp Baking Powder2.0 tsp Baking Soda3.0 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar0.33 cup Granulated Sugar1.5 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.75 cup MIlk, Prairie Farms 2% Milk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, add 2.5 tbsp of the butter, add all other ingredients except for brown sugar and mix well. Pour equally into muffins pan. Melt brown sugar, remaining butter & cinnamon to taste. Stir well & spoon liquid over each muffin & swirl into muffins. Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
