24 tsp Sukrin Gold (Adjusted for carbs) (by KONEAL1016) 12 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz .75 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) 2 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 4 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 cup Beans, navy 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic
Add dry beans and 6 cups water to instant pot. set to bean setting for 25 min. Use natural release and drain and set aside when done.
add a few tbls of water or oil to pot and add onion and garlic. use saute setting for 3 minutes.
turn off and add sauce and beans back to pot. Put lid back on and use bean setting for 15 minutes. Again use natural release and let sit about 15 minutes before serving.
Serving Size: spit into 10 servings
