3 cup Califlower (RAW) 2 tsp Ginger Root 1 serving Frontier Organic Ground Tumeric 1 tsp (2 g) (by RURABE) 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 2 tsp Westbrae Natural White Miso 1 tbsp Pepper, black 2.95 cup Water bottle w/ filtered water
Boil ginger, cauliflower, turmeric and black pepper in water till tender. mix the miso to taste in the bowl when serving. Never boil Miso. Season with lemon squeezes. Add soft/hard boil egg for protein and extra 75 cal.
