Lemon mouse/cake topping

Ingredients
1.0 cup Jello sugar-free instant lemon pudding w/ skim milk (by BLUE_ORCHID) 1 cup, whipped Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tsp C & H Pure Cane Sugar Granulated White - sugar (1 tsp/4g)
Directions
Make pudding with skim milk and 2 tsps sugar - chill until set.

Fold into whipped cream. Do not stir, but FOLD, with a wide spatula. Pour into 4 pretty serving dishes. Refridgerate 30 mins or longer.
