2.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.5 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh or canned0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw3.0 tbsp may ploy sweet chili sauce1.0 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar4.0 tbsp heinz sweet smokey0.25 cup Soy Sauce
Slice chicken breast long ways into half inch strips
Cube pinapple
Stab through tip of the chicken (short way) and then skewer a peice of pinapple skewer chicken over pinapple and reper until skewer is full (should take 2-3 peices of chicken and 5-6 peices of pinapple) repete until chicken is gone (about 4 skewers) place skeweres in gallon ziplock bag
Blend remaining pineapple with remaining ingredients in blender to make bbq sauce pour over chicken in bag and remove air. Let sit for 1-3 hours bake or bbq periodically brushing chicken with more sauce
