Beef - Stuffed Zucchini with Beef and Cheese

10 oz Ground Beef, ground, 85% lean meat 1 large Egg, fresh,.5 med Onions, raw .5 tbsp Butter, salted 1.75 oz Gouda Cheese 1 oz Cheddar Cheese 1.5 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 500 grams Zucchini (2 Medium)I will also add some italian seasonings to the meat too.
1. Have all the ingredients ready.
2. Fry the onion in the butter for 2 minutes.
3. Add the minced meat and fry for another 3 minutes. Break the meat into small pieces while frying.
4. Put the fried minced meat in a bowl. Add the egg and mix well.
5.Cut the zucchini in half and empty them of the seeds with a spoon or a knife. Discard the seeds.
6. Put the mixture into the zucchini and bake them at 200 C for 15 minutes.
7, Mix the Gouda, mimolette, and mozzarella together. Sprinkle the cheese mix on top of the zucchini and bake for another 5 minutes.
8. Sprinkle the grated parmesan on top and bake for another minute or two.
