3 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup, pitted, chopped Dates 0.66 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose GF Baking Flour (by SUN_CLAY) 1.25 tsp Arrowroot Powder (by QMSANDYOHIO) 5.33 tbsp walnuts,ground (by STAVIANI105) 4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 72 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Gluten Free)--1/2 C dry = 48g 12 tbsp chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375 F
Blend apples, vanilla and dates in high powdered blender until creamy.
In a large bowl combine flour, arrowroot, ground nuts, and cocoa powder. Add in blended wet ingredients and mix well. Stir in oats and chopped nuts.
Drop a half a spoonful of cookie dough onto lightly oiled or parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes.
Makes roughly 40-42 small cookies.
