Parmesan Chicken Breasts

3/4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese2 teaspoons dried oregano1 tsp garlic powder1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon pepper1/4 cup egg substitute2 tablespoons Smart Balance Spread
Pound the chicken breasts till they're 1/4 inch thick, and cut into 2 portions. Set aside.
Combine the cheese with the oregano, garlic, papricka, and pepper on a place. On another plate or in a shallow bowl, put the egg substitute. Dip the chicken in the egg and then the cheese mixture, coating both sides well.
Melt the spread in a heavy skillet over medium-low heat, and saute for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
