Ingredients
4.75 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 0.5 oz Prosciutto 4 leaf Spinach, fresh 1 clove Garlic 2 fl oz Red Wine 0.25 cup Canned Tomatoes 1 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
Directions
Pound chicken breast until thin, roll 1 slice of ham/prosciutto and spinach leaves in chicken. Secure with tooth pic. Cook in air fryer @450 for 10 min, flip and bake additional 10 min Serving Size: 1 piece of chicken/1 serving
