Ingredients
800 grams Carrots, raw 350 grams Onions, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 28 grams Butter, salted 115 grams Ginger Root 4 serving pacific organic simply stock vegetable (by MARYFCLARKE)
Directions
Saute Onion in the oil and butter until soft, peel and chop carrot,s add all ingredients, cook for 40 mins low heat. take out, blend, season to taste
