5.55 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) .64 cup Maple Syrup .38 cup Olive Oil 75 grams Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 120 grams Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
Mix dry ingredients.
Slowly stir in oil.
Slowly stir in maple syrup.
On parchment paper lined baking tray, spread thinly.
Bake for 25mins (or until evely golden), stirring and turning regularly.
5 mins before end add cranberries.
Serving Size: Makes 16 portions of 50g
