Black Sesame Sunflower Bread

Ingredients
0.50 tsp Salt 0.66 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 1.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 16 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 4 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds 5.33 tbsp Flax Seeds - Bob's Red Mill Organic Natural Raw Whole flaxseeds, srvg size= 2T
Directions
Mix ground and whole flax seeds, salt, garlic, onions, and water. Add sunflower and sesame seeds and mix well.
Use the back of a spoon to spread batter evenly on one dehydrator tray. Dry at 104 F for 4 hours.
Flip and score bread into 8-10 slices (depending on your dehydrator shape) to make it easy to break in straight lines.
Dehydrate another hour before serving. Serve warm.
