Millet Veggie Salad

Ingredients
1 cup Millet 1 serving cucumber peeled, raw 1/2 cucumber 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 2 tbsp Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing, 2 Tbsp
Directions
boil millet as per directions on container and chop veggies as desired...add millet to veggies and add 2 tbsp of sesame ginger dressing. I used Bragg's. season to taste.

Serving Size: makes 8 -1 cup servings or as desired on wraps
