Chicken and Vegetable Stew

Ingredients
chicken breast, cinnamon, cumin, pepper, zucchini, tomato, onion, olive oil, chick peas, chicken broth
Directions
Makes 1 serving or about 1 cup of stew - can multiple to make multiple servings.

1. Cut or dice chicken, zucchini, onion, tomato.
2. Heat olive oil in pan then put chicken in and brown.
3. Add onion, tomato and chick peas and cook for 3 minutes, add cinnamon (1/2 tsp) and cumin (1/2 tsp), zucchini and chicken broth and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

*Brown rice can be added.
