2 cup Beans, red kidney 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 10 leaves Basil 5 clove Garlic 2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 cup Flour, whole grain 4 tsp Paprika 2 tsp Cumin seed 1 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 flaxseed eggbreadcrumbs (optional)
add beans, basil, onions, roasted garlic and peppers to food processor and blend until chopped and mixed together. pour into a large bowl and add rice, flax egg, cumin, and parsley and mix well with hands toss in flour and mix add flour or breadcrumbs until it no longer is wet and sticky. Form into patties and bake in oven at 350 degrees 20 minutes each side.
