Chocolate Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup Butter, unsalted 2 cup Granulated Sugar 4 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 tsp Baking Soda .25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 serving Yogurt ~ Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt * Plain*, 5.3 oz 16 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
2. In a large bowl, cream together margarine, sugar and eggs. Stir in bananas and vanilla.
3. Sift in flour, baking soda and cocoa; mix well.
4. Blend in sour cream and chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pans.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a loaf comes out clean.

Serving Size: makes 2 9x5 loaf pans, 12 slices per loaf
