16.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast0.25 cup Butter, salted2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 package (9 oz) Artichokes, frozen1.0 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes3.0 tsp Garlic0.25 tsp Salt
Heat skillet, melt butter, brown then flip chicken. Remove. Place on plate. Add oil then rest of ingredients. Saute til done. Serve.
You can serve over brown rice or pasta if you choose. Add those numbers into calculations.
