Foil Cabbage- Potato Packet

Non-stick spray (butter-flavor if you have it)1 cup sliced cabbage1/2 cup sliced onion1 medium potato (3-4 oz or about 100 gm), thinly slicedsalt & pepper to taste
Spray heavy-duty aluminum foil (about 10" or so) with non-stick spray. Layer cabbage, onion & potato on foil. Spray vegetables if desired.
Bring two sides of foil together and fold over at least twice, crimping to seal. Fold ends in at least twice.
Place on grill (medium heat) for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally or bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until potatoes soft.
Note: salt to taste not reflected in the sodium count. If watching sodium closely, measure what you add (if any) and include it in your tracking.
