Ingredients
Directions
2.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Super-fine Almond Flour, Sifted (by REGUL8DHOBBYIST) 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 serving Himalayan Pink Sea Salt serving size 1 tsp (6 g) (by RURABE) 1 tsp Xantham Gum (by IAMDIOSA) 16 tbsp great value organic virgin coconut oil (by DEBBIE2765) 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 283 gram(s) NESTLES-DARK CHOCOLATE MORSELS (CHOCOLATE CHIPS) 6 tbsp Pyure organic stevia blend sweetner (by IMFINALLYHAPPY) 36 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t)
Preheat your oven to 375, prep your pans as needed. I prefer parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix together the sifted flour alternative, baking soda, and salt. Set this aside. In a large mixing bowl, preferably using a mixer, blend together the butter, sugar alternatives, and the vanilla extract. Once the items in the mixing bowl are blended, you can add the eggs one at a time, mixing between additions. Be sure to stop blending when you do so of course. Slowly add the dry ingredients from the medium bowl to the mixing bowl mixing well. Scraping the bowl sides as needed. Now fold in the chocolate chips. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes on pan and then transfer to racks for cooling.
