Easy Cheese Sticks

1 lb Monterey Jack,Cheddar, Mozzarella, ect Cheese, cut into sticks (Which ever cheese you prefer)Vegetable Oil1 Cup Bisquick Mix1 tsp paprika1/2 Cup Milk1 Egg
Makes 30 Sticks
1. Place cheesesticks on tray; freeze at least 1 hour.
2. Heat 2 inches of oil to 375 degrees in large heavey saucepan (or deep fryer). Beat bisquick, paprika, milk, and egg until smooth. Dip cheese into batter covering cheese completely.
3. Fry 8 to 10 sticks at a time 1 to 2 minutes turning carefully until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
