Neil’s Italian Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
6.50 cup Pastene Ground Peeled Tomatoes no salt add 12 oz Contadina Roma Tomato Paste with Roasted Garlic 68 oz Water 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 3 clove Garlic 0.50 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 12OZ Smithfield Salt Pork 4 1.09lbs Market Basket sweet Italian Sausage 0.10 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
In a large sauce pan, add 3 cloves of Garlic Sliced in Half, Salt Pork and Italian Sausage. Put on a high heat and let the Garlic and Sausage, Brown. Once Browned, remove the garlic, add 2@ cans Tomato’s, 2 Cans Tomato Paste, 68 oz Water,salt, Pepper.

Cook on Simmer for 2 hours
