4 cup, chopped Kale 1 tsp Salt .25 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes 2 oz Feta Cheese 1 medium Cucumber (peeled) .5 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 4 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar (Original) (by CRYSTALNRANDY) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Massage the kale with salt, add the rest of the ingredients and serve with lemon vinegrette
