Ingredients
192 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Gluten Free)--1/2 C dry = 48g 0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 0.75 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 6 date Dates
Directions
Mix dates, splash of water and banana into vita mix.
Combine seeds and oats. Pulse in food processor until a crumble.
Stir to combine.
