Nancy's Bran and Cranberry Muffins

1.4 cups whole wheat flour1 Tbsp. baking powder1/5 tsp. salt4 tsp. slpenda or sweetener1 cup bran cereal1 cup 1% milk1 cup low fat yogurt 1.5 oz dried cranberries [small handful]3 Tbsp. extra light olive oil
Makes 12 muffins.
Heat oven at 400, prepare muffin pans.
Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, splenda and dried cranberries. Set aside. Measure bran cereal into bowl, pour milk over and stir. Let stand for a minute or two. Then add oil and yogurt, stir well.
Add flour mixture, mixing only until combined.
Portion into 12 muffin -pan cups. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or browned.
