Ingredients
2 serving Trader Joe's Organic Tricolor Quinoa (1/4 cup) 3 tbsp Briannas Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette (by HAIRYBAGEL) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 medium Carrots, raw 50 gram Zuchinni, fresh, raw .33 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked from dry beans .33 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med 3 medium Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Layer all the stuff, starting with dressing, quinoa and garbanzo. Keep in the fridge for up to a week if i'ts in a glass jar.
