Low Carb Sausage Frittata

Ingredients
8 oz Owens Breakfast Sausage 8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Brown crumbled sausage. Blot up excess fat. Mix up the 8 eggs, a little salt and pepper. I also like a bit of cayenne. You can add other spices with no changes in nutrition.
Pour into greased pan over crumbled sausage. Add the cheese sprinkled on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350F
