Ingredients
1 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 0.5 cup slices Beets, boiled 0.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked 1 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins 2 frankfurter (5 in long X 3/4 in dia, 10 per lb) Hot Dog, beef 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Honey
Directions
1. Boil water and put your Quinoa in 2. Chop carrots and beets to roast 3. Roast carrots, beats, and raisins with cinnamon and honey 3. Prepare hotdogs and cut into bite size pieces 4. Mix hot dog pieces with vegetable medley and serve over Quinoa
